To observe and develop methods of supervising the operation of the store and store associates with the assistance and direction from the assigned Store Manager and District Manager. To assist in maintaining high standards and the image of Don Roberto Jewelers while conducting the store according to company policy, procedures and guidelines.


  • Assist in associate training to meet and exceed sales and credit goals;
  • Observe bank deposit completion and appropriate delivery;
  • Learn how to maintain proper store personnel coverage, by way of observing schedules, as well as day off requests;
  • Become experienced in time-sheet monitoring, editing and approvals within ADP eTime, when appropriate;
  • Provide a high level of customer service;
  • Observe the Credit Department with the assistance of existing store management and become experienced on appropriate credit authorizations to corresponding customers;
  • Develop expertise on store security with regards to keys, security codes, inventory, safety, shipping and receiving;
  • Maintain store cleanliness and appropriate visual displays in accordance to seasons and company standards;
  • Assist in preparing and processing small claims related to credit accounts, and attend small claims court hearings;
  • Perform other duties deemed as necessary by upper management


  • Ability to observe, learn and practice working knowledge of existing store management
  • Minimum 1 year in a leadership role within a retail environment 
  • Strong leadership skills
  • 2+ years within a retail sales and/or retail credit capacity
  • Written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish highly preferred
