Overview

The purpose of the Customer Service Clerk is to provide the highest level of customer service, assist management as needed and to provide constant support to the stores, while insuring that all Federal and State laws and company policies/guidelines are being followed. 

Responsibilities

  • Process on-line payments 
  • Process Change to Masters
  • Report PNL's to credit bureaus 
  • Receive and re-route subpoenas 
  • Process credit cards and package for new accounts 
  • Distribute mail for stores 
  • Resolve all customer complaints in a respectful and polite manner and/or escalate accordingly
  • Perform other duties as deemed necessary by management. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one (1) year in a customer service or related role
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience 
  • Strong analytical and PC skills preferred 
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills 
  • Must be accurate and assertive with the ability to prioritize workload
  • Possess a personable attitude with an internal customer service focus 
  • Verbal and written fluency in both English and Spanish highly preferred.
