  • Overview

    Based out of our corporate headquarters, the purpose of the credit recovery specialist is to provide the highest level of customer service, assist management as needed and to provide consistent support to the stores, while insuring that all Federal and State Laws and Company Policies/Guidelines are being followed. As well as collecting delinquent accounts in a professional manner. 


    • Effectively manage cases related to bankruptcies and P&L's submitted from the field.
    • Complete adjustment sheets as needed.
    • Find effective methods to located customers with delinquent accounts.
    • Frequently contact past due accounts and negotiate payment arrangements primarily by phone.
    • Resolve any customer complaints related to collections in a respectful and professional manner.
    • Perform other duties deemed as necessary within the collections/recovery department.


    • Must have the ability to utilize general office equipment 
    • Must be able to always possess professional manner of communication to customers and colleagues 
    • Proven track record in working in a fast paced environment while handling multiple tasks 
    • Customer service and interpersonal skills is essential
    • Written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish required
